Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. You must notify jiligg immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. jiligg will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel, and you should never share your credentials with anyone. All financial transactions on jiligg are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through approved local payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, and withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in our FAQ. jiligg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of jiligg. The games available on the platform are provided under licence from third-party game developers, and all associated intellectual property rights remain with those developers. jiligg provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiligg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, game errors, or delays in processing transactions. jiligg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with verification requirements. You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending transactions have been settled. Upon account closure, your right to access the platform and any associated services will cease immediately. jiligg will retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these terms will not be eligible for reinstatement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiligg platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over such matters. You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which time the claim shall be permanently barred. jiligg's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
